A Neoclassical painted side table with an English marble top above a panelled frieze decorated with a guilloche pattern of interlaced circles punctuated by scrolling acanthus leaf moulding. The square tapered and fluted legs are headed by paterae, carved collars and are raised on lion paw feet.
Made in the George II style in the last quarter of the 20th Century by Jonathan Sainsbury.
In very good overall condition. Scuffs and scratches commensurate with age and small nibbles to the stone top. See photographs.
